Direct Hand-Crank Rewind Hose Reel

Thanks to its stainless steel swivel and overall stainless steel construction, the DHR50150SS is a highly durable hand-crank hose reel. The stainless steel is a favorable choice over lesser materials like aluminum. Built by General Pump, the reel uses a direct hand-crank rewind setup with a locking pin for added security. It can support 150' of 3/8" hose and offers a 5000 PSI maximum capacity. Additionally, the reel includes 3/8" adapters. Maximum operating temperature is 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Also important to note are the 1/2" NPT-M inlet port and the 1/2" NPT-F outlet port.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Connect the handle to the flange. Nuts go on handle side of flange.

2. Use (4) 3/8" or 10 mm bolts when securing the hose reel to ceiling or wall.

3. Use thread sealant (not provided) on inlet threads and on outlet hose (not provided).

4. Attach hose from high pressure pump outlet to hose reel inlet.

5. Attach hose reel hose to swivel on hose reel

6. The hose reel is ready for operation.

• Make sure incoming pressure does not exceed pressure rating
• Use proper eye protection for assembly and usage
• Assemble hose on clean workbench free of debris or moisture
• Use soap and water when checking air leaks
